Installation of Braking Resistor

 

Mechanical Installation

Mount spring-wound resistors vertically. A horizontal orientation may cause the conductor to deform under its own weight, compromising resistance accuracy.
The mounting bracket must be sufficiently rigid. Resistance deviation under vibrational conditions must not exceed ±1%.

Electrical Wiring

Connect the input terminals (A/B) to the power supply or brake unit. Connect the output terminals (C/D) to the load or ground.
Terminals are made of silver-plated copper. Tighten to the specified torque (e.g., 5-6 N·m for M6 bolts).
