Constructed with high-quality laminated silicon steel cores and windings of high-purity copper or aluminum wire, Line Reactors incorporate high-strength insulating materials, fasteners, and optional protective enclosures. Available in three-phase and single-phase variants, they feature a dry-type design that requires no additional cooling medium. Easily installed, they can be directly connected in series downstream of power circuit breakers and fuses, and upstream of electrical equipment.
The entire product undergoes a rigorous manufacturing process of vacuum impregnation and hot-air curing. The core limbs are equipped with uniform air gaps and fixed using epoxy laminated glass cloth plates to ensure stable air gap operation during runtime. The windings adopt either foil or wire winding technology, and all external components are treated for corrosion protection. Boasting excellent moisture resistance, dust resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and zero electromagnetic pollution, these reactors are capable of adapting to complex industrial environments.

The core functions of the product focus on dual protection. On the one hand, it prevents harmonic currents generated by equipment such as frequency converters and rectifiers from polluting the public power grid, avoiding interference with sensitive equipment in the same power grid. On the other hand, it limits the inrush current at the moment the equipment is switched on, protects front-end components such as the equipment's input rectifier bridge and fuses, and at the same time attenuates voltage spikes on the power grid side, protects sensitive electronic components such as IGBTs inside the equipment, and extends the service life of the overall equipment. In addition, by smoothing the current waveform, it can indirectly improve the system power factor, reduce reactive power loss, and reduce the burden on power supply lines and transformers.
